Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous physical labour in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Equipment Skills: Proficiency operating commercial lawn mowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, and other standard landscaping power tools.

Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to follow safety and task instructions.

Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
