The predicted salary is between 28000 - 30000 £ per year.

IMH Recruitment are seeking an experienced Landscaping/Grounds Maintenance for our client in Leicester, LE4.

Duties:

  • Sweep and clean outdoor areas to remove litter, debris, and leaves etc. This includes streets and walkways, areas next to highways and properties such as backings, channels, footways, planters, shrubbed areas, and grass verges.
  • Empty litter bins.
  • Clear dog waste.
  • Remove illegal dumping.
  • Support City Wardens to identify evidence within fly tipping reports.
  • Support Highways to clear snow or undertake other road cleaning operations following floods etc.

Requirements:

  • Landscaping or Grounds Maintenance Experience is essential.
  • Construction experience.
  • Able to provide driving cover to transport people and/or materials to specified locations.
  • Plant Experience would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Hours & Pay:

  • Monday - Friday Shifts will be 6-2 or 7-3.
  • Starting PAYE- 13.49 P/H- Increases after probation period.
  • Weekly pay whilst through agency!
