We are currently working in partnership with an outstanding secondary school in Lancaster who are actively recruiting for a Cover Supervisor with strong behaviour management. The role may also require you to work on a 1:1 basis with the pupils, so you must be open to a challenge. There is scope for this to become a temp to permanent role.

Essential Experience- A 'can do' attitude
- Ability to engage, enthuse & motivate students
