Working in an elderly nursing care home, you will be responsible for helping to deliver a high-quality catering service, preparing a fantastic menu for the residents that is varied and interesting to meet individual tastes and dietary requirements. The role will also involve washing dishes and food preparation.
Excellent people skills are required to maintain positive relationships with residents and members of staff. You will be working for a charitable organisation in a new purpose-built retirement care home.
You will have at least 2 years of experience working in a professional catering position and ideally possess a recognised qualification in catering.
