We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented Kit Production Operative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast paced production or manufacturing environment and takes pride in delivering high quality products.

As a Kit Production Operative, you will be responsible for assembling, packing, and preparing self testing medical equipment kits to a high standard, ensuring all products are completed accurately and efficiently in line with company procedures and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and pack self-testing medical equipment kits
  • Follow detailed instructions and strict quality control procedures
  • Ensure all kit components are correctly packed and labelled
  • Carry out quality checks to maintain required production standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Operate within health & safety guidelines and wear PPE as required
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines
  • Report any faults, shortages, or discrepancies to supervisors promptly
  • Support general warehouse and production duties when required
Skills & Requirements
  • Educated to A-Level standard or degree level
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures accurately
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, cleanroom, or production environments is advantageous but not essential
  • Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Good manual dexterity for handling small components and materials
  • Ability to lift and move materials when required
