Our award winning client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Day Shift Reach truck driver to join their busy food production facility in Kingswinford.

Location: Kingswinford

Hours: Day Shift - weekly rotating shifts - 6am-2pm; 2pm-10pm

Salary: £14.27 per hour, overtime after 37.5 hours paid at £20.58

Contract Type: On-going temporary.

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Reach Truck Driver to join the DAY shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods around the warehouse and production area, maintaining operational flow, and ensuring accurate inventory handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Reach truck to move and stack products.
  • Transfer goods safely within the warehouse, production, and yard areas.
  • Perform pre-shift safety checks and report faults or damage to equipment.
  • Follow health & safety protocols and site rules at all times.
  • Support general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Valid and in-date Reach truck licenses (e.g., RTITB or ITSSAR accredited) with one year+ experience.
  • Good understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
