To provide administrative support to the site team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site office. Hours of work 9.00am - 4.00pm. Ideally a driver due to fairly remote office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Maintain site records, files, and documentation
- Liaising with residents and booking appointments
- Assist with timesheets and attendance records
- Order office and site supplies when needed
- Support health & safety paperwork and filing
- Ensure site office is organised and compliant
Skills & Experience:
- Basic administrative or office experience

- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
