Customer Solutions Agent Kilmarnock - Start date 13th July 2026 £26,000 per annum plus potential £500 monthly bonus. Fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s largest buyers and collectors of unpaid loans and other forms of credit. As a Collections Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to help customers become debt‑free. You will receive best‑in‑class training and, once trained, work within a Voice team as part of our wider Collections team. This is a long‑term career opportunity with a multi‑national company based in our award‑winning, low‑carbon HALO Kilmarnock site.

Working Hours and Benefits

  • Hybrid working: 3 days in our Kilmarnock office and 2 days working at home after 3 months
  • 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Thu shifts 8am–8pm, Fri 9am–5pm & 1 in 3 Sat 8am–2pm)
  • 28 days holiday (increasing to 31 days after 5 years)
  • Pension: 5% employee and minimum 4% employer contributions
  • Life Assurance: 3 × annual salary
