We are looking for a highly organised Sales Administrator to join a small, dedicated team based onsite in Kidlington. The company is a global leading manufacturer of audio products, providing first class response to customer and distributor enquiries and orders, working closely with the internal teams to ensure delivery on time. This role is pivotal within the business, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. The role is full time and permanent, offering flexible start and finish times and a salary of between 26,000 and 28,000.

Key Accountabilities for the Sales Administrator:

  • Providing efficient processing of orders
  • Processing any returns accurately
  • Maintaining and updating customer database
  • Providing administration support to the sales, service and logistics teams
  • First line support for customer enquiries
  • Liaising with all internal teams on a daily basis
  • Providing first class customer service for customers throughout the process
  • Occasionally supporting shipping team with picking and packing

Key Skills Required for the Sales Administrator:

  • Experience of international trade and export
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
  • Confident communication skills
  • High levels of customer service over the phone and via email
  • A confident self-starter able to prioritise workload
  • Highly organised administration skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Adaptable in a changing environment
  • Excellent computer skills
