Sanza is working with an outstanding primary school in Lambeth who are seeking a committed Key stage 2 teacher for a full time, long term role starting in September.
The role:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across all KS2 National Curriculum subjects, ensuring appropriate stretch and challenge for all ability groups.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress through regular marking, feedback, and data analysis, using findings to adapt teaching and close attainment gaps.
- Foster a positive, respectful classroom culture that promotes independence, resilience, and a growth mindset in every learner.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with parents and carers through parents' evenings, reports, and ongoing communication about pupil progress.
- Work closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and the SENDCo to deliver inclusive provision and support children with additional or complex needs.
- Actively contribute to school improvement by participating in CPD, curriculum planning, peer observations, and wider school initiatives.
What you'll need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching at Key stage 2 level.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- The drive and commitment to thrive in a long-term or permanent role.
