Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Hygienist for our client, a leading provider of integrated supply chain solutions for temperature-controlled food products. Staffline is recruiting a Warehouse Hygienist in Desborough.

The rate of pay is £13.04 per hour. Overtime is available and is paid at £19.56 per hour. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday on rotating shifts and the hours of work are:

  • 6am to 2pm
  • 2pm to 10pm

Applicants must be willing to be flexible to change hours to the AM shift when another hygienist is on holiday.

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Hygienist, your main duties include:

  • Being an essential part of the warehouse team by ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our warehouse facilities.
  • Showing support & compliance to site and regulatory H&S standards and practices.
  • Housekeeping
  • Repositioning warehouse bin using PPT/LLOP
  • Emptying warehouse bins, but also some outside bins incl. smoking shelter
  • Operating warehouse bailer
  • Driving a scrubber/sweeper to keep the warehouse shopfloor clean from debris
  • Spillage control

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have worked in a warehouse for a minimum of 3 months, preferably in food related business. It is beneficial if you have worked in a hygienist/cleaner job, but this is not essential.

MHE Licence:

  • ITSSAR/AITT/RTITB
  • PPT/LLOP beneficial but not required - it will be provided
  • Scrubber and/or sweeper beneficial but not required - it will be provided
  • A counterbalance would also be nice, but not required
