We are working with an established Main Contractor who operate across a number of divisions including New Build, Building Refurbishment, Social Housing Refurbishment and more.

They are recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team, working on planned Social Housing refurbishment works to tenanted properties as well as some refurbishment works to public sector buildings.

Responsibilities:

  • The smooth operational running of your assigned site
  • Ensuring health & safety is maintained
  • Monitoring the quality of work
  • Liaising with the client
  • Site inductions
  • Ordering materials

Qualifications:

  • A trade background is required, along with SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid.
  • You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.

Benefits:
