The Client

Our client is a group of 12 Golf and Leisure Clubs and currently has a fantastic opportunity to recruit a Chef de Partie as a significant member of their kitchen team for their large property in Woking – benefiting from an on-site gym, function suite for up to 120, driving range and mini-golf in addition to 3 pay-and-play golf courses. The client spends in the region of £20k a week on food and is looking for an experienced chef happy to work in a busy service environment to help drive the club forward.

Responsibilities

Within your role as Chef de Partie you will be working with a team of 9. Working alongside the Head Chef you will produce fresh, high-quality menus while maintaining excellent food quality.

Hours

5/7 days – 40 hrs a week. The kitchen is open from 8am – 8pm daily and typical shifts will be (apply online only) hrs or 11:30am – 8pm daily.
