Main duties:

  • Be a pivotal part in implementing plans and strategies for the successful delivery of events, covering pre-event, onsite delivery, and post-event activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement successful plans to support the sales process.
  • Execute a successful marketing strategy, incorporating physical tickets, social media, websites, and digital communication.
  • Ensure consistent communication with key stakeholders and act as the primary contact for visitors and potential attendees seeking information about the event.
  • Participate in international events when necessary.

The candidate:

  • Fluent in Italian (spoken and written).
  • Happy to commute to the office in Tunbridge Wells every day.
  • Previous experience in Sales, Marketing or Events - Desired.
