Do you have experience building & using systems such as Salesforce, Zoho and Dynamics? Do you have strong organisation, administration and IT skills? Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a CRM specialist to join the team at their state‑of‑the‑art facility near Stoke‑On‑Trent. The successful applicant will be responsible for all administration duties relating to the CRM systems to ensure maximum performance and reliability. You will play a vital role in new projects and implementation projects within the business, working with senior management and sales teams. This role is in a very fast‑paced team and will offer excellent variety, training and stability.

The Role:

  • Strong experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce & Zoho
  • Strong IT and CRM building/administration experience
  • Keen to learn and develop your skills
  • Commutes from a distance to Stoke‑On‑Trent
