A well-established property maintenance company responsible for the repairs and upkeep of social housing properties is seeking an experienced Multitrade to work on their MOD Woodbridge contract. You will be working across occupied domestic properties and void properties, delivering snagging, remedial repairs, and associated multi-trade works. This is a long-term, ongoing contract.

Responsibilities of a Multi Trader:

  • Undertake associated repairs such as plastering, painting, basic carpentry, and ventilation improvements.
  • Work in a safe, professional, and courteous manner at all times.
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety policies, risk assessments, COSHH regulations, and safe working practices.

Desirable Experience of a Multi Trader:

  • Previous experience working on contracts within social housing.
  • Experience working in occupied residential properties and void properties.
  • Multi-skilled background including plastering, painting & decorating, basic plumbing, and carpentry.

Qualifications & Skills of a Multi Trader:

  • Relevant trade qualification (plastering, painting & decorating, plumbing, or multi-trade background advantageous).
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality workmanship consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Own van and tools.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
