Our client, a highly reputable company based in Ipswich, are currently seeking to recruit an Internal Sales Account Manager to strengthen their sales team. This is an exciting role for someone who has a natural ability to build rapport and relationships, whilst maintaining a professional approach.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming sales enquiries, following up warm leads, and identifying and winning sales opportunities
- Responding to customers and quoting rates for business
- Building effective business relationships and providing exceptional customer service to assist with repeat business
- Answering customer queries, resolving any concerns, and providing additional information
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
