The predicted salary is between 20 - 21 £ per hour.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HGV Class 2 HIAB driver for our client in Ipswich. This will be working for a construction company delivering insulation materials. Must have lorry loader remote grab experience. Ongoing work for the right candidate.

Timings: Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00.

Duties:

  • Operating the HIAB with remote grab: Lifting and placing goods at designated locations.
  • Safe driving and maneuvering: Navigating HGV Class 2 vehicles.
  • Vehicle inspection and maintenance: Ensuring the truck is in good working order.
  • Loading and unloading: Efficiently and safely loading and unloading cargo.
  • Safety protocols: Adhering to safety regulations and procedures while operating the remote grab.
  • Paperwork and logs: Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and maintenance.
  • Delivery and collection: Transporting goods to and from various locations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months UK experience as a HIAB driver.
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points or endorsements (we do not accept TT99, DR10, IN10).
  • Experience on HGV Class 2 Rigid lorry.

Pay: Competitive Pay per hour: £20.17-£21.29
