Are you a Senior Ecologist that wants to work for a tight-knit and well-run consultancy that will sponsor you through several different licenses and have an exciting pipeline of projects not only in the Highlands but also the Isles? Do you want the opportunity to specialise in specific species or fields where you will be given full support to get the relevant licenses and projects so you can get paid for your passions?

On offer is a position within a growing consultancy that will sponsor you through as many new tickets as you like including Bats, Otters, Newts, Eagles, Badgers and many more. Also during the winter months, they have overseas projects across Europe and Africa.

THE ROLE:

  • Taking site surveys, calculating biodiversity net gain (BNG).
  • Travelling to various local locations, staying overnight when needed.
  • Working from home to report on findings.
  • Travel across the Scottish Isles for niche ecological surveys.

THE PERSON:

  • Ecologist background.
  • Local to Inverness or willing to relocate.
