Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Export Clerk for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the West Drayton, Middlesex area.

Job role:

  • Be able to complete a job start to finish
  • Contact shippers
  • Arrange collections
  • Complete MAWB & HAWBs, displaying knowledge of country requirements, IATA rates & airline requirements
  • Negotiate with airlines for maximum margin
  • Complete Customs entries
  • Provide quotations
  • High customer service levels
  • Providing agents with post flights and departure
