Full Time - 37.5 hours per week

We’re currently exclusively supporting a growing business in Derby with the need for an Interim Internal Recruiter to support a busy period of growth and project delivery. This hands-on recruitment role is focused on delivering hires at pace across a broad range of technical positions. The business operates in a fast-moving environment where projects can quickly impact hiring demand, so the role requires someone proactive, adaptable and confident managing multiple vacancies simultaneously. The immediate requirement is expected to last 3-6 months, with approximately 25-30 complex hires needed in this period. Depending on project workload, there is a very likely potential for the role to develop into something longer term.

Key Responsibilities
