These schools are committed to creating nurturing learning environments where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential, with supportive Senior Leadership Teams and strong inclusive values throughout.

The schools are looking to take on dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistants on both full-time and part-time bases with immediate starts available. The successful SEND Learning Support Assistant will be supporting pupils across various primary year groups with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and speech and language difficulties, providing both 1:1 and small group support throughout the school day.

The successful SEND Learning Support Assistant will have:

  • Experience supporting children with SEND within a school or care setting
  • A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • Experience working with ASD, ADHD, SEMH or other additional needs
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
