We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a fast‑paced, high‑volume FMCG manufacturing site in Norfolk. Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical maintenance, fault‑finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of automated and semi‑automated production machinery.
- Ensure maximum uptime and efficiency in a demanding FMCG environment.
- Minimise downtime, support production targets and drive continuous improvement across the site.
Required Qualifications:
- Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Hands‑on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast‑paced industrial factory.
- Ability to work a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern.
- Strong hands‑on electrical fault‑finding experience on production machinery.
- Recognised electrical engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment with automated machinery.
- Knowledge of PLC fault‑finding (advantageous).
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
- Previous experience within FMCG, food, beverage or packaging environments.
