Our client, a leading food production company, is seeking dedicated Cleaning Operatives to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across their facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong focus on quality and safety. Full PPE is provided and permanent positions available following a successful trial period.
Key responsibilities:
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not essential
- Fully paid training is provided
- Cleaning floors, machines, walls, offices, toilets, and walkways
- Ensuring all areas meet strict hygiene and safety standards
- Using appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
- Working in low and confined spaces as required
- Following company procedures and food safety regulations
Required:
- Previous cleaning experience (preferably in a food production environment) is an advantage
- Ability to carry out physically demanding tasks, including bending, stretching, and working in tight spaces
- Good level of physical fitness
- Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay Rates: 12.71 p/h
Shift Schedule: 08:00 to 16:30 Initially Monday to Friday and moving to 4 on, 2 off after training period. Please note that flexibility is quite key here as we may look at a revised shift in the near future should the need be to meet client requirements.
