We are currently working on behalf of a housing association to recruit for an Income Assistant. The role will be supporting the income manager covering a range of administrative duties.

Responsibilities of the Income Assistant:

  • Supporting the Income Team
  • Organising, producing and sending out letters surrounding rent accounts
  • Issuing rent reminders
  • Responding to internal and external customer queries
  • Handling all administrative duties
