Location: Inchinnan, Paisley
Remuneration: £17.24 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary, 3 months with potential for extension or permanent contract, 40 hours a week (Overtime available at time and a half, further allowance on weekends and bank holidays)
Shift Patterns:
- Mon - Fri 2PM - 10PM (back shift)
- Mon - Fri 6AM - 2PM (early shift)
- Sun - Fri 10PM - 6AM (night shift)
Responsibilities:
- Follow Manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) meticulously.
- Complete Production Floor paperwork, recording essential details like weight and packaging time.
- Operate machinery, including starting, stopping, and supervising conveyor speeds.
- Assist in validating equipment and setting up materials based on work orders.
- Conduct inspections of materials and products throughout the production process.
- Efficiently insert, pour, and wrap products with care.
- Ensure accurate labelling and sealing of containers.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
- Uphold ISO/cGMP regulations, focusing on quality and compliance.
What You'll Need:
- Secondary Education or equivalent.
- Experience in a lab/manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and complete tasks efficiently.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and stand for extended periods.
