We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Field-Based Buyer to join our team in Immingham. This is a varied, hands-on role combining warehouse duties with field-based purchasing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grading and identifying catalytic converters within the warehouse
  • Supporting purchasing activities outside of the warehouse
  • Carrying out production duties once trained, including:
    • Material grading
    • Material buying
    • Material containment and packaging
    • Forklift operations
    • Loading, unloading, and storage of materials
Health & Safety Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures
  • Report any accidents or near misses
  • Participate in hazard identification and risk assessments
  • Proper use and management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Follow all company procedures and safe working practices
Requirements
  • Physically fit and capable of manual work
  • Positive attitude with good timekeeping
  • Strong team player
  • Knowledge of manual handling and safe working practices
  • Full UK driving licence (required)
  • Good level of spoken and written English
