GI Group are recruiting Drivers to support ferrying operations for a leading automotive logistics company based in South Killingholme.

Role Overview

  • Location: South Killingholme
  • Pay: 12.71- 13.46 per hour (shift dependent)
  • Shifts: 7am-4pm, 12pm-9pm and 9pm-6am on rotation (subject to site needs and role)
  • Days: Monday to Saturday - weekend availability is essential
  • Type: Ongoing assignments, dependent on site volume

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely move and relocate vehicles around the compound and between compounds on site
  • Follow instructions from team leaders to ensure vehicles are parked correctly
  • Carry out basic vehicle checks and report any defects or issues
  • Work on foot around the compound - this role involves regular walking

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence (Category B)
  • Licence held for a minimum of 24 months
  • Maximum of 3 points on licence (subject to endorsement codes)
  • Minimum age 22 (insurance requirement)
  • Confident driving a range of vehicles (electric, manual and automatic)
  • Strong attention to detail and safety focused
  • Reliable, flexible and able to work the full shift pattern
  • Own transport due to the remote location
