Due to continued growth and increasing volumes, our client based in Immingham is looking to add an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to their team, delivering pallet network freight across the local area.

The Role

  • Local multi-drop deliveries (primarily Grimsby & Scunthorpe)
  • Monday to Friday work
  • Start time: 07:00
  • Typically finished by 17:00

Duties

  • Completing up to 15 deliveries per day (occasionally more)
  • Tail lift deliveries (electric pump trucks provided)
  • Scanning freight using your mobile phone (additional allowance paid)
  • Locating and loading your own freight at the depot
  • Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time

Requirements

  • Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
  • Valid CPC qualification
  • Digital Tachograph Card
  • Good knowledge of UK driving laws and regulations
  • Physically fit (manual handling involved)
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
  • Minimum 6 months Class 2 driving experience required
