Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an FLT Driver to join a well-established manufacturer based in Ilminster, Somerset. This is an excellent opportunity offering competitive pay and the chance to work in a supportive team environment.

Key Duties

  • Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
  • Supply one-tonne boxes to feed production lines and operate the computerised stock system.
  • Work in a busy production environment, ensuring smooth and safe material flow.
  • Carry out all duties in line with Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Maintain high standards and accuracy while working independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Current counterbalance forklift licence is essential.
  • Experience working in a busy production or manufacturing environment.
  • Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role.
  • Motivated, responsible, and reliable.
  • Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Monday to Thursday night shifts (6:30pm-4am).
