Hybrid Credit Controller position based in Wythenshawe, with 3 days in office and 2 days working from home. The role reports to the Credit Manager and will be allocated a personal ledger and client base within an existing team of 8. Immediate start.
Responsibilities
- Chase payments by phone, letter and email to secure revenue and reduce debtor days.
- Build rapport with clients to maintain and improve ledger balances.
- Negotiate payment terms and resolve billing and invoice enquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and support the team’s credit control objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Credit Control or a comparable financial role.
- Strong customer‑service skills with proven ability to resolve queries quickly.
- Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- Able to travel to Wythenshawe office three days a week and work a hybrid schedule.
- Self‑motivated with a can‑do attitude and the drive to improve debt recovery.
