Monday ‑ Friday, 9am‑5pm

Duties:

  • Working as part of a large team you will liaise with customers, updating information on the in‑house database.
  • You will forward feedback emails to customers and log responses.
  • You will respond to enquiries and queries by phone and email.

To be considered for this role:

  • You must be confident talking to customers over the telephone.
  • You must be available to work for the next 6 weeks without substantial absences.
