About the Role
We are seeking an SEN Teacher who can deliver high-quality, person-centred teaching to pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism spectrum conditions, social-emotional needs, and moderate learning difficulties. You will work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team to create a safe, inclusive, and aspirational learning environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies
- Using creative strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, and independence
- Tracking and reporting on student progress
- Building strong, positive relationships with pupils, families, and staff
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience or a strong interest in SEN
- A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach to teaching
- Strong knowledge of SEN strategies and inclusive practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
