About the Role

We are seeking an SEN Teacher who can deliver high-quality, person-centred teaching to pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism spectrum conditions, social-emotional needs, and moderate learning difficulties. You will work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team to create a safe, inclusive, and aspirational learning environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
  • Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies
  • Using creative strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, and independence
  • Tracking and reporting on student progress
  • Building strong, positive relationships with pupils, families, and staff
