They are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry Level Administrator to join their team on a full‑time, permanent basis. As an Entry Level Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the company's administrative tasks. This is an exceptional chance for you to gain hands‑on experience and grow professionally within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Update information on the company's in‑house system, ensuring accuracy.
- Produce reports utilising Excel, providing valuable insights to support decision‑making.
- Cross‑reference information with the database to maintain data integrity.
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently and with great attention to detail.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client queries, offering superior customer service.
- Work towards assigned deadlines and contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the data team, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
- Analyse data, identify anomalies, and liaise with Account Managers and the IT Team to ensure accurate and reliable data for our clients.
