Role: HR Administrator

Location: Edinburgh City Centre (Hybrid working - office on Wednesday and Thursday)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 0900 - 1700 (36 hours per week)

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Pay Rate: £14.51 per hour

Overview: Pertemps are working with our public sector client to recruit for 2 HR Administrators on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting with onboarding of new employees
  • Carrying out recruitment checks (ID, referencing, background checks)
  • Supporting Hiring Managers with their role in the onboarding process
  • Liaising with internal and external parties
  • Sending out onboarding documentation
  • Updating systems
  • Liaising with payroll team to onboard new starters
  • Any other tasks as required

Qualifications: You should have strong time management and organisational skills.
