Our client is a prominent organisation operating in the Huddersfield area and has an immediate need for a payroll administrator to join their team. This role is based in the Huddersfield area, involves working in the office and supporting the payroll function for a large business.
Responsibilities:
- You will assist with the three payrolls for approximately 600 staff.
- You will review timesheets, enter hours into the payroll system, calculate any additional overtime or allowances for payment.
- In addition to data entry, you will be asked to run reports and compile information relating to payroll.
- You will contribute to the smooth running of the payroll function, which is essential to the employees of the business.
- You must be confident answering general payroll queries.
