The predicted salary is between 38000 - 44000 £ per year.

The Company: A UK based FM company who deliver 24/7/365 maintenance throughout the UK supported by their regional office network. Clients include hospitality venues, grocers, healthcare, schools, Government buildings and commercial properties.

The Role: You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of air-conditioning equipment (splits / VRV's / VRF's) across schools, retail units and courts, the area you will be covering is Leeds across the M62 to Manchester. Periodically, you will also carry out small installations as required. You may be required to carry out other PPM's as and when required although this will be rare.

The person: You will be an experienced air-conditioning engineer who has a proven track record of service and maintenance.

Salary: 38,000 to 44,000 depending on experience, 30 minutes travel each way unpaid, but then any travel after that is paid, private use of van, 21 Days holiday plus Bank holidays, 3%/5% pension. Call out rota is 1 in 8 - Standby allowance is 150 40 hour week OT rates of x1.5 and x2.
