We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover Huddersfield. As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and act as the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keep the customer up to date at every stage, and answer any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses to ensure that vehicles are ready on time. You will give the best advice on our products and services. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You will take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport, and identify exactly what our customers want and need.
Sytner Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns, which may include weekends, to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
We want applications from individuals with a willingness to learn and progress, even if you do not have previous experience. Training is provided through our dedicated in‑house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses run by Brand to support your career. Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy and demanding environment. Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous, but not essential.
