Health & Safety Advisor based in West London (Hybrid) with a salary of £42,000 - £45,000. This is a full-time, permanent position within a leading international FMCG business seeking to support its EMEA operations.
The Opportunity:
You will play a key role in shaping and delivering health & safety strategy across EMEA, supporting a diverse mix of environments from corporate offices and manufacturing partners to high-profile events and activations. Operating as a trusted advisor, you will work closely with stakeholders across multiple countries, ensuring standards are not only met but continuously improved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the H&S subject matter expert across EMEA operations
- Lead audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and compliance activity
- Support the development and rollout of EMEA-wide H&S frameworks and systems
- Drive a proactive safety culture through coaching, engagement, and behavioural change
- Partner with internal teams and external providers to ensure best-in-class standards
- Support and develop local H&S coordinators across the region
- Travel across EMEA to support sites, partners, and key initiatives
- Apply understanding across manufacturing, logistics, and/or events environments
What We’re Looking For:
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent Level 3 qualification)
- Proven experience in a multi-site or international H&S role
- Strong working knowledge of H&S legislation and compliance frameworks
- Confident communicator, able to influence at all levels
- Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across EMEA
