HR Generalist needed for our client based in the High Peak area of Derbyshire. £35,000 - £40,000 FTE (pro rata), approx. 27 hours per week, flexible structure.
We're working in partnership with a well-established, profitable and highly regarded business based in Castleton to recruit a standalone HR Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit organisation with a strong family feel, a stable workforce, and exciting plans for the future. With around 44 employees on site, the business is entering a new phase with a clear focus on succession planning, workforce development, and long-term growth aligned to a 5-year business plan.
Opportunity

- Managing recruitment, onboarding, and training & development.
- Acting as a trusted, standalone HR advisor to the business.
About the Role

About You

- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to engage a long-standing workforce.
