What You'll Do
- Conducting independent reviews of decisions related to homeless applications under the Homeless Reduction Act 2017.
- Assessing the suitability of accommodation provided to homeless households.
- Managing appeals against housing register decisions and council tenancies.
- Representing the council in court challenges related to review decisions.
- Providing expert advice to customers about their housing options and ensuring swift case progression.
