What You'll Do

  • Conducting independent reviews of decisions related to homeless applications under the Homeless Reduction Act 2017.
  • Assessing the suitability of accommodation provided to homeless households.
  • Managing appeals against housing register decisions and council tenancies.
  • Representing the council in court challenges related to review decisions.
  • Providing expert advice to customers about their housing options and ensuring swift case progression.
