What You’ll Do
- Conduct independent reviews of decisions related to homeless applications under the Homeless Reduction Act 2017.
- Assess the suitability of accommodation provided to homeless households.
- Manage appeals against housing register decisions and council tenancies.
- Represent the council in court challenges related to review decisions.
- Provide expert advice to customers about their housing options and ensure swift case progression.
