This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse-qualified Home Manager to lead a large nursing, residential and dementia service with a strong reputation and a Good CQC rating. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards, supporting staff development, and ensuring excellent operational performance across the home.
