We are a large, well-established organisation with a strong regional presence and multiple office locations across the Southeast. We are now seeking an experienced and driven IT Director to lead a major business transformation programme. We are investing significantly in our technology to support growth, enhance customer experience, and equip our teams with the tools they need to succeed. This role will play a critical part in shaping and delivering that vision.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver a CRM transformation programme
- Own and drive the IT strategy across the business
- Manage internal development teams and external partners
