We are delighted to be working with a global business based in Banbury who are seeking a part time Legal Administrator to support their European entities. This role will be for approx. 6-9 months to cover maternity leave. This position focuses on managing contract-related processes, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining systems and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate contract administration processes using established templates
- Liaise with internal teams and international stakeholders
- Track contract progress, ensuring timely completion and filing
