A well-established independent business operating within the insurance sector is seeking a driven Insurance Sales Executive to join their team in Banbury. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Source competitive quotations from a panel of insurers
  • Convert enquiries into sales while delivering excellent customer service
  • Handle policy renewals and mid-term adjustments
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional cover
  • Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards
Education & Skills Required
  • Previous experience within an insurance broking or sales environment would be advantageous, but full training will be given to those with relevant sales or customer service experience.
  • Proven ability to convert enquiries into successful sales
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team
