Nottinghill Genesis Housing Association are looking for a Home Ownership Advisor for 3 months initially, could be extended, 2 days in the office, Tuesday and Thursday and 3 days from home. 9am to 5pm - 35 hours a week.
Must have knowledge of:
- Shared ownership
- Lease extensions
- Right to buy
- Affordable housing
- Understanding ground rent
- Ideally loft conversions
Pay rate is 26.81 PAYE or 35.46 Umbrella.
