PSR Solutions are working with a well-regarded care home to recruit an experienced Head Chef in Holt, Norfolk. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to lead a kitchen team and deliver nutritious, high-quality meals that support residents' health and well-being.

The Role

Reporting to the Home Manager, you'll manage the day-to-day kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You'll cater to residents' dietary needs while creating a positive and enjoyable dining experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Head Chef in a care / nursing home or similar setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good understanding of nutrition, allergens, and food safety regulations
  • NVQ Level 3 in Catering or equivalent (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and time management
  • Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends
