Part-Time Client Accounts Manager

ACCA or ACA Public Practice Accountants – We are looking for an accounts manager experienced in handling client accounts, tax returns, and being the technical go‑to person for the Director to advise clients. The role will involve managing the team that prepares the accounts, performing some management account preparation work, and self‑assessment tax return preparation. This part‑time role is suitable for someone who wants to remain in practice at this level but in a supporting role to the Director. Our practice has excellent systems in place and a very nice bunch of clients, many of whom have been clients for years and enjoy the personal service of a smaller practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling client accounts and tax returns.
  • Serving as the technical advisor for the Director and clients.
  • Managing the team that prepares the accounts.
  • Performing management account preparation work.
  • Preparing self‑assessment tax returns.
Requirements
  • ACCA or ACA qualification.
